First off let me say I really enjoyed this ap (the 5 days or so i got to use it) It was working fine took some pictures, set some water, nutrient schedules, added 3 plants and 2 environments. Had plenty of notes, pics etc. and everything was set to private. Then one day I go open the ap, n BOOM āJane Keeps Stoppingā message with an option to close or send feedback.
Iāve tried everything. Updated my cell, updated every ap on my phone. Forced Stopped, Cleared Cache (scared to clear data, donāt want to lose all my logs, pics, etc., guess I could try to start completely over but idk, Iād be too scared of losing everything a 2nd time. I canāt even get the pictures I took with the ap
I <3 this ap for real tho, its so much better then writing down everything in all these little notepads. Any help at all would be great.
Welp i just totally deleted everything, then re-installed the ap and created a totally new account through Email instead of Google. And it works again. Gotta start over now but its w/e. I will give it 1 more go, but if this happens again and I have to lose all my stuff , i think thatāll be the last straw. Itās a shame because i really do like this ap.
Strange thing is when i log out of the new acc and try to log in with GOOGLEā¦ it goes back to āJane StOPPED WORKINGā so itās something to do with GOOGLE
Iām sorry youāre experiencing issues with the app. Weāll check your previous account and see if there is something breaking that is not allowing you to use it.
