I noticed that the stem on my day 4 seedling is becoming quite tall.
I understand this is due to a lack of light.
Would it be recommended to increase the white light or the blue light at this point?

I’d recommend that you use a light meter or app such as Photone to adjust your lights. But yes, if they are stretching it’s most likely hunting light . . .
Not knowing anything about the lamp you are using I really can’t say much except increase the intensity or lower it some . . .
