Are you using nutrients? Which ones? How much?
Hi, I downloaded the free PPFD Meter App, first check if your phone has the correct sensors and don’t forget to switch to LED in the settings. This way you can set the correct distance and intensity for each phase. I hope I was able to help you.

Otherwise, check the model number; online you can find the right setups here and there.
But basically:
At full power and an early stage, hang the lamp further away.
With dimmed light, 50-30cm are good depending on the stage and dimming.
Otherwise, as @herr_gruen said, download the Photone or PPFD Meter app, build a diffuser, and remeasure. These are approximate guidelines but good enough for free.
With Photone, you can also buy the appropriate settings, but I always use the medium free setting. That’s quite close.

Bear this in mind: The more CO2 there is for the plant to use, the more light it can tolerate. Are you adding any to your environment?
