Light Burn ? Disease ? Too many nutrients?

I think maybe the light has been too close ? Newbie so would appreciate any comments. Thanks in Advance

Ouch! Did it happen suddenly? If it did definatly hard light and heat burn. If it happened gradually i would think leaves curling up is sign of low humidity, strong lights, and poor soil/nute’s.
A mixture of things. Though the plants look good they are in stress

That all makes sense , I. have dimmed the light , turned off the dehumidifier and watered without any nutrients.
