They look very good. If you want to wait another week until you switch to flower, you can defoliate them now. This way the light would penetrate better. And they would have enough time to recover from it.

Thank you for the feedback I appreciate it and I apologize for it taking me so long to respond but I just had a whole bunch of stuff going on but the new pics that I uploaded earlier today are I guess you could say after 2 light to medium defoliations and a brief troubling instance with the GSC not drying back as it had previously done and having to do a serious flush on it and readdress it hopefully that crisis is not going to be a recurring one but will keep my eye on it and yeah fingers crossed.
I mean GSC doesn’t look like she is sick and I haven’t seen any adverse effects since the incident. More 2 come.
