Day 2 after Mainline-
Trying to mainline for the first time. Jane1x2 is in a 5g space bucket (new and improved from the 1st grow) in a 1G fabric Lot. Had it in a 3g fabric pot but just fits inside bucket and because i reworked the lights, it’s really hot in the pail. Had to transplant into smaller pot.
Zax2 is in the garbage cans that I revamped and improved from 1st grow. They are 2 garbage cans I made into a giant space bucket. She’s in a 5g fabric pot. I used the landscape stakes instead of tying them down.
Seems a bit droppy I would try to keep them more on the dry side. But I would set up a trellis net to bend these mainlines out flat. Once they have 3 node sites, you will top each sites. I would try to do a FIM method and you keep the 3rd and 1st nodes on those branches. Then spread those out flat. Repeat the process until you have filled out your tent. Then send her into flowering and watch it all fill out.
Thank you so very much. I’ll drill holes for the trellis. I got some plant ties and now I’m tying her down to expose the stem. Keeping it horizontal. I wasn’t sure the process and you reminded me but also I love the FIM idea. This is a Grow inside 2 garbage cans - a big boy’s version of a space bucket.
