Mostly dried buds in plastic without burping

Greetings I harvested and began drying these buds exactly seven days ago. I feel they could use a couple of days more drying time. Can I safely leave these mostly dried buds in plastic bags with humidity packs without burping for a week while I am out of town? I usually use tinted glass jars but I don’t have any at the moment…

They will dry out even with the humidity packs but it is better than nothing.

Should get you through the week. Jars would be ideal, obviously.

Copy that! I’ll get it into jars when I get back. I have a little under a pound of Jack Herer and I would hate to mess it up at this point!

There will always be some moisture, thays where burping comes into play for the next week as the jars pull out the moisture from the middle. Should burp two to 3 times a day for first week curing. Then once a day for the second week. After that just open them omce a week and at this point shes good to start smoking as all the chlorophyll should be broken down and if flushed right will have that nice white ash burn thats as smooth as fine wine.
