My Regrowth

I cut my buds off the plant in August and left the stem, it started growing back and this is the progress.

Is this left outside? What kind of light schedule was it on after harvest?

I left it outside and just watered it. I am in Southern California so I close it in the greenhouse at night because its been a bit chilly.

This was after the cut. It had some new leaves that I left on.
