wow really skinny n tall i would say sativa couldnt say what strain as not seen many plants to reference … but the leafs look like either/both root problems ( yellow tips of leafs) and the other leafs look like they been crisped by too much heat from light
what do you suggest from what you see this my first time and im basically finishing something someone else started.
I would say your soil is too heavy, which promotes too much water and root problems. Looks like you went outside and got some from the ground. Did you take a soil sample for N-P-K? Next time get some Fox Farm Ocean Forest or other potting mix. Secondly, I would say your light is too week which is why they are so lanky. For 100% sativa you should have 70 watts per square foot. For hybrid 60 watts. Could not guess as to nutrients at this point. I would start over with advice from guys on here. Get some feminized seeds of a strain of your choice, proper lighting, soil, ph up & down, endo micorrhizae, and let us know when you’re ready to begin. You will not need fertilizer with the soil I mentioned.
As @Outdoorman said, the soil seems hard rock. your roots don’t have space and they’re not strong enough to penetrate the hard soil.
100% with what Outdoorman said, let us know, we here.
thats the soil it was in im its dirt texture
Thank you I’m just trying to see what I can do with this debacle someone started I ordered everything you told me.
thanks soon as i drop my seeds i will post pics for help and etc
Make sure to have a light on while seeds are under the soil. Some will sprout before others. If the light is not on when they emerge they will stretch while you’re waiting for the others to sprout. Some might reach 3 inches or more and fall over. You want the light on as soon as they emerge (18 hours on 6 hours off).
I started mine in Rapid Rooters in a humidity dome with a 17 watt T5 fluorescent. Once they are a week or two old after sprouting you can harden them off a few hours a day into stronger light. Once they are ready to go full time under stronger light, the rapid rooter can be easily placed into your pots with potting mix. Afterward water them with a 0-1-1 bio root fertilizer along with White Widow Mycorrizae for Root health, cell development, and structural stability. Good luck
use coco coir mixed with rice wholes for future soil. It well allow you maintain your soil easier. It absorbs water quickly and sheds water quickly too so much easier to maintain. The rice wholes will help add oxygen to the soil as well
