Need help with clawing, seedling stages

First grow have some issues, i believe it has something due with the drainage. Im growing autos, I have 3 gallon smart pots. I recently suspended the pots an inch off the ground. Enlighten me with knowledge please and thank you!

I know my diary isnt organized the best, i just wanted to throw the pictures in there so you have reference. Definitely will give better and more detailed descriptions in the future.

Hi @Chauncy, welcome to the Grow with Jane Community!
How much water are you feeding them? Keeping the topsoil moist won’t do the trick. You need the roots to spread and look for humid places. I recommend you to water around the main stem and don’t worry about the topsoil, that is one thing that can be kind of dry. Maybe you are overwatering much.
What nutrients have you applied so far?
Here’s an article on How to Avoid Stunt Growth, I recommend you to read it too.

Theyve gotten very minimum water, watered twice in 10 days. The pots are still wet at the bottom and moist at the top. I was just informed that i have my lights at too high intensity, which after researching is true. I had my sf-2000s at 60% and they are recommended at 20% for this stage, I just made the change 15 minutes ago. Thanks for your help/reply and i will read that article, knowledge is power!

Just read that guide and it is more helpful than most ive read, thank you for that. I didnt even realize this app had guides.

Make sure your pots are draining properly so it doesn’t lead to root issues.

Update:
I figured out my issue, lights were set at too high intensity.
