Looks like fluctuating pH. What does the rest of the plant look like?
Looks to be classic. Are you using water adjusted for pH or just straight water?

He is using Ph balanced RO water
So i talked to him this morning and failed to mention to me that when he transplanted he used his well water . If I would have know that I would not have wasted your time. Had him check his Ph and it was at 8.2… Thanks for the help @canagen

Calcium Magnesium Deficiency. I also thought PH lockout perhaps.
Check your soil PH
Add CalMag substrate to every feeding.
I can see CoCo Coir medium, am I right? Did you/he buffer the coco?
I don’t think so, hence the deficiency…
