It seems your lights are too far from the plant, causing the plant to stretch up high to reach for it, ending up in a very thin stem.
I would lower the lights to a point where there is no heat that could damage the plant. Use the hand technique, place your hand under the light for 5-6 seconds, if it burns then it will burn your plant too.
Also, Iβd add more soil, what type of soil mix are you using??

I agree with @NicoZ. I had the same issue when I first grew my plant with only a small lamp and window sill light. The plant wants to be closer to the light and it will stretch out to get towards its source, resulting in a skinny stem which is a no go. Lower the light and bury that stem with more soil.
This was my plant before it started getting adequate lighting
And now weβre here. Thick stem, recovered growth and looking very healthy. When I transplant my plant Iβll probably bury the stem as well.
