Looks good so far, how many WATTS in total.
Lumens/Footcandle are not correct measuring units for growing,
Foot-candle / Lumens is only intensity of visible light in the spectrum. ( Humans to see ) You need to measure the micro moles per m3 (Photons that lands on your plants ) in other words PPFD ( Photosynthetically Photon Flux Density.)
