I took 3 cuttings from a GG4 plant and created clones. All (3) clones are in the same tent under the same conditions. Growing organically, these plants are in week 8 of flower. However 1 of the plants shows no tricome development, while the others are just fine. I am baffled about how this can happen, since they all came from the same mother. Attached are a few photos. One of the pictures shows the shiny tricomeless plant next to another clone from the same mother(taken at the same time) and the other is a pic of just the oddball plant. Any answers would be appreciated.

Is the whole plant like that? Or just 1 branch?
At first thought i was thinking maybe there is a light leak hitting that spot causing mutation. Looks like its trying to reveg with the wide leafs in the bud.
I’ve never seen that one before. I’ll try and see what I can find on that

Thank you, no answer truly needed. This is just very interesting to me. I didn’t know this was possible.

It is the whole plant. Looks very similar to its mother but it just never started frosting. Attached is a pic of the mother.
She’s the one on the right.

This is wild! My first thought was “bad genetics” but the other plant’s look great.
I am having a similar issue with one of my ladies. Right next to her, that lady has all kinds of trichomes running down the fan leaves.
