Been figuring this all out now and dropped me a bean, a week ago. I purchased a legit grow light, and built a tri-pod light mount for it. Though humidity is a butt, I’ve built a dome with circulation holes to keep air flow but also givevme some extra control over RH. Just gotta get those roots going first.
So does anyone have a recommendation for a good height of the lil seedlings “canopy” Im wanting to avoid legging but dont wanna torch her top lol
It will depend on what kind of lamp you are using, I think. I use to put my seedlings under a 50w led (cold light) at 40 cm from them. It works for me.
Yeah, im using a fairly bright Spiderfarmer light @Eli, im hovering it about 20" off her top. Keeping it off to the side a bit, I’m hoping my first grow has me all prepared.
1 week old, 3 days a seedling, looking ok to me. And so far 7 day streak of detailed logs!
