From what i see its over water. Do not water them untill soil is dry arround the plant. 50ml or 100ml is enough at this time.

Maybe it is too close. At least 1 meter high or 3 feet and 25% power if light have dimmer
I agree that the 2 cups look really wet.
Do the lift test. Only water when the cup is light.
Stick a finger in the soil an inch or so as well.
Use those 2 methods to see if it needs more water. And like slow-motion suggested…very little water is needed at this time. Very little.
I’ll use as little as 10ml in the beginning. U want them to be more dry then wet. Only water a little when it is pretty much bone dry
10 ml? That is almost nothing
If she was on coco tabs 10ml would be ok. But not in soil inside that cup
Keep it more dry than wet. In the very beginning I use barely any if any at all to the soil. Usually just use a spray bottle. But as it gets bigger you increase it. Slowly. But everyone has their own methods. I just learned to keep it more dry then wet.
