I’m having a very hard time uploading pics. I’ve managed to post one pic to the site so far. Every other time it comes out as code with an exclamation error instead. Am I doing something wrong when selecting pics? I can’t seem to add old pictures from previous grows onto the apps gallery either.
Hi @SommerV, you’re not doing anything wrong. Unfortunately, an outside issue that we can’t fix doesn’t let our users to post pictures or link in the Community via the app. We hope this is fix for the future, in the meantime, you can do everything if you use the desktop version of the community.
About the app, if you want to save your app photos in your gallery’s phone, you need to open the photo and tap on the download icon. At the moment there is no feature to download all the photos at once, but it is on our roadmap.
If you can’t upload any pictures in the app, then it must be a permission issue. Check the app permission on your phone settings. If you still can’t please contact us by writing an email to [email protected]
