Seed on a leaf

Hi all,
I think the seed is on the leaf of my plant…
Do i have to remove it? Is it normal?

I’m at day 11, it’s the royal dwarf from royal queen seeds and it is my first plant.
Indoor and 12 hours of lights. thank you

Please help me!!!

It is just the shell hanging on. It will fall off eventually or you can try very carefully to help it off.

I would remove it carefully. Try to soak the seed shell by misting it or something. I had one do the same and i left it and I kinda killed off one side of my plant

Yesss, i removed it very carefully and the leaf is going well!!

Thank you very much for the help

Hi @Ava, welcome to the Community! I recommend you to switch from 12/12 hours of light exposure, to 18/6, since you’re in the vegetative stage still.

a few pointers. your seedlings dont need as much water as seems to be in your pot, you can actually hamper growth and drown your plant. at day twelve you should have a stronger plant then that. from seed that should be about a week. also 16 hours of light is needed in that stage, expecially with how much soil saturation you have. during this stage push your fingers about 2 inches into the soil, if its wet, dont water again. are you using a grow tent? or just growing in a pot?
