The soil is inert and i gave it 1ml/L biogrow with plain water, no other fertilizer on soil or by feeding.
I’m having the exact same problem — mine are actually stalling even earlier, with seedlings even smaller than yours
What are we doing wrong?
They need humidity and good drainage in the medium and pot. There needs to be a place for the extra water in the pot to go or you could drown the plant. I keep my humidity in the 65-75% range until the flower stage then drop it to 50% and finally 40-45% at the end.
I live in a humid country and on the shore, the medium has 50% perlite and the cup they’re in has holes in the bottom. Last feed i gave them water + biobizz biogrow 1ml/L (used around 350ml) until dripping at the bottom. I only water when the soil has it’s top inch dry.
Have you been checking the PH in your water buddy? From my experiences with such an issue it boiled down ensuring a consistent range but no more than 6.8.
In those cups, I wouldn’t let an inch dry but maybe a half an inch instead. A regular pot is where you want an inch or so to dry before watering. Water around the edge of the cup/pot so the roots will reach for the water and grow. Good luck
So… It could be she’s too wet and i should let it dry first?
