Should I flush the nutrients for harvest

I heard it was good to flush the plant 2 weeks prior to harvest I see about 25% orange hairs shopedully by 2 weeks its around 60%



Its the trichomes ur supposed to look at not the hairs turning orange but the trichomes goibg from clear to milky to amber

Flushing was proven to be bro science. If you Google it there are studies on it. Reddit is filled with the information if you’d like I can find you the links. Just water as normal and if you want to save nutes just omit them in the final weeks. The studies even went to the point of taste testing the samples to see if there was a difference. Also you want no white hairs and 10-30% amber in the trichomes for harvest. I hope that helps and let me know if you want the research on the flushing.
