You have way too much water in the pot. A 3/4 cup is plenty for a plant that size. Dont use any nutrients. Ph your water to 6.4 - 6.6.

Soil looks the type that has compacted too. I see no aeration. Or is this coco?

I would try and figure out the problem rather than pulling it. The experience gained will only make you a better grower. I’ve had plants bounce back that looked worse than this and still got a good harvest & quality bud but in an ideal world you don’t want this to happen.

Don’t pull it, learn from it!

The soil does look overwatered so focus on getting that under control first. Although, it seems to be doing everything but droop which is the main symptom I get from overwatering… Strange!

Adjust your light intensity.
Check your environment temp / humidity.
Check your water pH (before watering)
Check the runoff pH (after watering)

The roots need oxygen to utilize the nutrients in your medium. Overwatering reduces the available oxygen which can cause all kinds of issues with nutrient uptake etc.

You can definitely save this plant tho!
