2 weeks after germination. Its been just like this for over a week. What am I doing wrong?

First off, Welcome to the Community…
Ok so how close is the water to the Net Pot?.. u should have the water right below the NetPot maybe 1/4 in below the Net so the Roots will have Oxygen…
U want the Bubbles from the Airstone keeping the clay pebbles wet an what’s the Temperature of ur water?..should be around 65 to 68 degrees at all times…
An I would add Cal-Mag with every ‘Water Change’ every 5 to 7 days so make sure u change water…
An once the plant is alil bigger u can add Nukes

The water is right below the net pot. The rockwool is sitting on top of one layer of hydroton but there are no roots coming out of the rockwool yet. The water is 68 degrees. I will get some cal-mag. Thank you for the response.

No problem, maybe next time wait till the Roots r more established in the Rockwool which I’m sure u figured that out …or put the plant by itself in there…that’s what I do, the Roots have a better chance of getting Oxygen

Should I move some of the hydroton away from the rockwool until it has roots coming out of the rockwool?
Yea U could try that first… or u could fill ur NetPot up until the NetPot holes are covered so u don’t have any light hitting the inside of the bucket an causing Alegre that effect the water an roots plus roots dont like Light.
I would pull the Rockwool out let it dry out alil… then place it back to where its getting moisture not soaking it but staying moist, which looks like right on Top from the Pic above then fill with Hydroton… an see if that helps for the next week or so…
