Spacing between plants

Good morning,

I’m a total beginner at growing and was wondering how far apart you space your plants. Knowing that in my case it’s an outdoor grow with Autoflowering I would like to make a trench big enough to put about 15 liters of potting soil per plant but I would like to know the minimum space to respect please.

This message has been translated by Google Translate so I hope it remains understandable. Thank you in advance for your answers.

Outdoor plants can grow huge. I’d leave 10 feet in between each plant

You could also put them in 15 gallon fabric pots and be able to move them as needed while still having plenty of room for root growth!

Welcome to the community my friend i hope you enjoy it here. As for your question both previous responses are great information. My experience with outdoor auto flowers is they will get a little bigger than growing indoors and i would suggest a minimum of 10 square feet or roughly 1 square meter. The more space you can allow is better but being an auto she shouldn’t give you to much problems with growing space

I missed the auto flower part but those tend to stay a lot smaller fyi. I do mine in 5 gallon pots and that’s plenty. The 15 gallon would be for monster photos I’d say. Good luck tho and keep us posted!

Yes, that’s what I was thinking. I currently have 13 seedlings to see how many survive, but I’m going to have to buy more potting soil lol
