My grow link will be in hyperlink at end of this message quick question plant in early flower it’s an auto it’s a rare strain not much info seems possibly a herm with two sexes not sure if this particular strain ready has that incorporated in its genetics not much info on seed … possibly also poor strain from a grower but looks like not only does this have pistols as this is an auto fem it is also growing pollen sacs. What I’m reading states this may still flower but have seeds in bud is this worth exploring what happens?

Regarding the seed, it is possible that it is a hermaphrodite plant, since you mention that flowers of both sexes appeared. This may have been due to the reasons you referred to, and also due to stress.
Regarding the possibility of continuing to care for it to see how it develops, it may be a good idea to evaluate if you have nearby plants that can be pollinated with the pollen from the bags. They fly several kilometers around.
