Study Groups

:raising_hand_woman:t5: Hello Growers!!! :potted_plant:

As you know, we have been talking about creating Study Groups :microscope:. The idea is that you can propose any topic you’d like to study in the Community Grows category and write a test proposal, tagged with de Study Groups label :label:. In this way, those who want to participate in the test of the described technique can do so by following it, and uploading their results in the proposal thread :writing_hand:t5:. So all the tests must have a similar format, and be easy to read. It would be desirable if it is linked to a growlog too, where we can see  the experiment that led to the creation of the proposal. Here are some points you should include:

:star2: Title: The title should be clear and concise and describe the growing technique that will be tested by the Study Group.
:star2: Introduction: It is important to put the content of the test in context and provide information about the strain, climate, growing conditions, etc., as well as a brief explanation of the growing technique described.
:star2: Materials: All materials needed for the growing technique should be listed, as well as any other important elements.
:star2: Step-by-step instructions: The tutorial should be clear and easy to follow. Therefore, if it is necessary, it is advisable to divide the growing technique into numbered steps. Each step should be clearly explained and accompanied by photos or videos.
:star2: Tips and recommendations: Any additional information that can help the reader to implement the test successfully, such as tips on plant care, suggestions on when to apply certain treatments, etc., can be included here.
:star2: Growlog: Each guide would be linked to a growlog where the experiment that led to the creation of the tutorial can be viewed. The growlog should be well documented with photos and daily notes on the progress of the plants.

It will be very interesting to build this category together :fire:! Go for it! :muscle:t5:

Right now im researching ORP (oxidation reduction potential) and the use of ozone in hydroponics instead of things like UCroots. I’m going to order an ozone generator and a Milwaukee ORP meter. I would love to reduce my dependency on ucroots or at least greatly reduce my usage of UCroots.

It would be great if you could write the tutorial! So other people can follow your technique and we can compare the results!

I will once I get it up and running and can show any results. I’m still reading on it and talking to few people about it. It’s looks promising though.

I will prepare a growing tutorial about crops without fertilizer.
It’s very simple and what I do best. I just need to prepare the growlog.
