Should I have bright sun or light when adding Nutrients?? I just have the windowsill and it’s raining.

I personally grow under a led light. I always feed in the morning and my lights are on. I run a18/6 schedule

I normally try to feed/water in the mornings so plant has all day to eat/drink. Doing so before plants go to bed ive heard and have read how its a bad idea for multiple reasons, main one i know of is plant sleeping roots not uptaking any water which could create issues. As for a rainy day the plant is still getting more lighting aspects than any indoor light could provide.( lots of studies supposedly done on this) but im not knowledgable in those fields just what i keep seeing while learning outdoor growing stuff
