Hello everyone. I could use some help. A few of my plants are having some issues. They’re a pale green, they have brown spots and very slow growth. I’m in a 4x8 tent, 2 sf4000 lights set to manufacturer specs, 5 gallon fabric pots, bottom third is Michigannabis super soil, top 2 thirds Is cocoloco. I was using GH ph down to ph my water. I was lowering it to 6.3-7. I was told the ph down could be hurting so I stopped using it. I have using non PHed water for about a week now and haven’t seen any improvement. Any suggestions? I would share pictures but the app won’t let me.
Only way to upload pics now is pc…idk why
I am using the web page now. But now it says each picture is too big
the links work, but it asks for an account with access rights.
even without seeing the pictures i would guess it’s a missing calcium issue, especially with the top 2 third in coco. you could counter that by using cal-mag.
most pH down are just some sort of citric acid . and after it deludes in the water, it doesn’t hurt anything.
I appreciate the help ninjagrow. I also did 2 plants outside in a raised bed with the same soil setup and they are 5 foot monsters with perfectly healthy leaves. So the only difference i can figure out is that I’m PHing my indoor girls.
sorry I was out driving around…but what ninja said is what it sounds like. with the pics being to big thats because you gotta pull em from your files on your pc. looks like you were using google drive.
it’s just speculation - but this can also mean they have a much bigger root mass and could take up the nutrients earlier from the bottom better.
the reason why i’m guessing it could be a calcium issue is, that in coco you usually have to use more cal-mag than in soil.
I’m not sure if you’re familiar with rainbow mix pro grow . But I added some about a week ago. Do you think that will be enough calcium. Or is there a product you’d recommend?
