I’m 9 to 11 or 12 days into flowering and one girl is already 5+ feet tall. I’m running out of vertical space, and don’t have a lot of horizontal space. Yes, I failed to do enough training while manifolding, I suck at that part, and grow tents don’t give you many anchoring points, making training a challenge.
I could use some suggestions on how to do some late-stage training, if you have any.
I never had this problem growing 100% sativa and sativa-dominant varieties, they were always short and bushy; it wasn’t until I started growing indica-dominant and pure strains that the stretch started outgrowing my vertical space. I know that’s ass-backward from the norm, but it is my experience.
Pic coming.

I also had to drastically reduce a plant in height today, maybe that’s something for you too
I had already bent it over with LST clips once, and today I had to tie it down again.

Trellis nets do wonders, but even those have their limits. I’m worried about running out of space this grow too

Nicely done. How stiff were the stems? In my first snip at node 3 I snapped one main branch completely off, I’d like to avoid repeating that. This gal’s stems are pretty stiff.

That’s beautiful, that is what I intended to do. Then I didn’t.

i feel your pain on that and you could probably do with some super cropping. Basically rub the stems gently until soft enough to reach a 90 degree angle and they will bounce back in no time with minor effect being your in early flower

unless wicked stiff like then it may be tough but if they have a little play to them already then i would think a few minutes rubbing each stem in the spot you want to bend and gently work it every so often. other than that stiff stems kinda limit what can be done i believe

Their current state.
I’m considering minor surgery and prune at the red lines, since I’ve let so many suckers grow. I’ve been a lazy farmer this year.

My stems were still soft enough. I had also already bent the two shoots 90 degrees, and the lower part had twisted a bit with them. But as @Smokey101 said, softening them by pressing and rubbing should work well. Keep trying to gently bend them a bit in the right direction and then continue rubbing until they are soft enough. Gentle squeezing also helps. If you’re already considering cutting them back, you have nothing to lose, only to gain.
