Hello guys, I’m a beginner in the growing family, so I don’t know if my plants are growing correctly. I might be wrong, but it looks like the plants have stopped growing for the past week. Is this a problem, or is it normal?

Thats a fairly normal thing for seedlings, the seem to stall a bit above ground while they establish their root system. For leggyness when you transplant them just bury half of that stem and problem solved.
