Yall let your plants grow natrual or do you train them (lst)? Why do you grow the way you do???
I like doing LST and topping, i do it because i like to order out the stems so they get more light, better use of space and i think it gives better results

I use LST, HST, and pretty much any training techniques to improve the quality and quantity of my end result.
Letting the plant do its’ thing, in an indoor environment, is simply a recipe for disaster and/or poor quality and yield.
Even outdoors, I would train my plants, mostly stretching it out, evening the canopy and increasing air flow.
