I just got a new phone. How do i transfer my Jane data to my new device?

I’m having the same issue but nothing shows up, suggestions? New phone, lost my journals. Logged in with the same credentials nothing there
Sometimes when you log in on a new device it can take a while for your information to load. At least it did with me.
Ok, was it hours days or weeks? I should of taken some manual notes but unfortunately I did not. Thanks for your response
Whenever the app acted that way with me I would completely close the app. If that didn’t work I would restart my phone and the information would usually show up. Hopefully, you get your information back.

I am, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone. Neither helped the problem
What a shame you are having problems with the app! Please, could you send an e-mail to [email protected] with your account information (the e-mail with which the user was created, or the username), and information about the new phone (brand, model, and operating system)?
Please do not fear for the information, it is always protected and is not lost unless you delete it.
I’ve been in touch tonight, I’m currently waiting for a reply. Thanks for all the help. it was much appreciated. I hope we can figure it out, I’ve been using the free version of the app for about a year and upgraded to Pro back in February. It’s been pretty helpful so far.
