Switching from mineral to organic

Hello, I’m new here, but I’d like to share my expertise with you and gather new experience.

Since I’ve just started a new grow, I think this is the best opportunity.

So far, I’ve always grown outdoors using mineral nutrients.

Now I want to start indoors with a VivoSun Smart Set and apply my previous experience under controlled conditions.

A warm welcome from me as well :folded_hands:t3:
Best of luck and success

I see you are using an automatic humidifier. Which is very good, just a tip directly from me: it must be installed so that the pipe points upwards (see picture) and generally has an upward curve. Otherwise, water will collect and you’ll run into problems

Warm regards and Happy Grow

Hey, thanks for the tip! I had the tube attached at the bottom of the tent before, but it got full of condensation and stopped producing mist. I’ll bend the tube upwards first thing tomorrow. :+1:

Thank you, I also really like this page MHC.

How do you follow? Wanted to follow you back, but can’t find a button for it?

If you can, try to move the humidifier away from the exhaust fan. You are reducing the efficiency of the humidifier by having it sucking straight out like that and the higher humidity right at the carbon filter is going to significantly reduce its life span, they don’t handle damp well at all for long.

Hey Bro :folded_hands:t3:

I’m aware of that, thanks anyway for pointing it out. Currently, the way my tent is set up, I unfortunately have no way to change this, not until the new grow then :ok_hand:t3:.
Since I’m also currently in flowering and keeping it on the drier side, the humidifier isn’t active 98% of the time anyway

But yeah, I have to change that in the future :folded_hands:t3: Thanks
