Hi there is this bud rot?
Pic isn’t that clear but it does look like so. Have you quarantined this? If that is the only budlet affected, nip it off right away.
Than you the reply,and no I haven’t quarantined her,but that was not the only fatal piece of bud rod safly,I have now spent 2 hours getting right in and getting rid of every bit possible,do you think it might be best for an early harvest?
What do the inside of the pieces look like? Do you see any white fluffy stuff on the other buds? That is how it starts then darkens to that color. If you try and pull a sugar leaf off, does it come right out without effort? My only concern with not quarantining the plant is that it may spread its spores to the others. You’d have to monitor it closely.
You can harvest but I doubt you would get anything out of her.

Too early to harvest. I would put it away from the other plants and if possible in a less humid place to start.
It happened before, I had to get rid of the main head, but the rest was safe I don’t about your case though.
Also, when you harvest this specific plant, separate the buds from each other, you already have a lot of humidity on the buds.
