In this thread, we’re unveiling the contest that celebrates your dedication, creativity, and green mastery. Our Growlog of the Month competition is your opportunity to share the magic of your cannabis cultivation journey with our thriving community.
What’s at stake?
The winner’s Growlog will be featured in-app for a month for the rest of the community to enjoy 
. The winner will also receive a one-year membership to the GWJ App, your growing partner. With this membership, you’ll have access to unlimited trees, environments, top-tier support for your growing adventure, and more!
Are you up for the challenge? Here’s the Instructions:
1- Create a Stellar Growlog: It’s time to unleash your growing expertise and craft an awe-inspiring Growlog to enter the contest! Check the Selection Criteria below to understand how to create the best possible Growlog. They are created in the GWJ App and reflect your cultivation journey.

Share Your Growlog: Once you’ve crafted your masterpiece, make it public and share it here in the thread below. Let us know what makes it special! Need a hand with sharing? This link might be your lucky charm: How to Share Your Growlog.

Beat Those Deadlines: The submission window for the “Growlog of the Month” will be open for the first three weeks of each month. After that, the window closes and the selection committee will choose the winner… Make sure you share your Growlog within the established timeframe but don’t worry, you can always join the next edition! You can submit Growlogs from any time period but only win once per log.
Selection Criteria
Regular Updates: Consistency and frequency of growlog updates will be valued, demonstrating ongoing commitment and tracking of plant progress.
Cultivation Details: Inclusion of comprehensive information about cultivation conditions such as temperature, humidity, pH, nutrient levels, substrate type, and more will be considered.
Photographic Documentation: Evaluation of the quality and visual presentation of plant photos, with emphasis on clear, focused images that showcase development and relevant details.
Growth Documentation: Clear and concise descriptions of significant milestones in plant growth, such as germination, branching, flowering, maturity, and others, will be highly regarded.
Task Management: Effective utilization of the task functionality within the application, including registering and tracking activities such as watering, pruning, fertilization, and other care tasks.
Experimentation and Learning: Recognition of the grower’s willingness to explore new techniques, nutrients, or approaches to cultivation, as well as thorough documentation and analysis of the impact of these experiments within the growlog.
Relevant Observations and Annotations: The inclusion of useful observations and annotations related to cultivation, such as encountered issues, applied solutions, and tips for other growers, will be taken into consideration.
Community Interaction: Active participation within the Grow with Jane community, such as providing constructive feedback on other growlogs, answering questions, and sharing knowledge within the forum, will be valued.
Improvement and Progression of Cultivation: Evaluation of overall plant development over time, demonstrating positive growth and implementation of improvement strategies based on acquired knowledge.
Creativity and Presentation: Appreciation for creativity in presenting the growlog, including organization of information and utilization of graphics, tables, or other visual resources that enhance the viewing experience.

Respect and Courtesy: Let’s be a shining example of kindness and camaraderie! Maintain a respectful and friendly tone in your Growlog and any interaction related to the contest. No offensive language, inappropriate content, or any form of harassment, please. We’re building an inclusive and safe community for all.
Truth and Originality: Keep it real, keep it fresh! Ensure that the information and images you share in your Growlog are accurate and original. If you’re borrowing ideas from external sources, give credit where credit’s due and cite your sources like a boss!
No Repeat Performances: Once you’ve basked in the glory of winning with a previous Growlog, it’s time to make way for new stars. Repeated submissions of previous winning Growlogs won’t cut it this time, my friend.
