I‘m an absolute noob in growing and just have a simple question.
On one of the plants is something weird on the cotyledon…it’s something normal or I have to be in alert? I attached a picture. Also I’m not sure if I should put the lid (to have more humidity) aside from now on?!
The other plant looks normal, also picture attached
First pic it looks to be just some membrain residue and should be just fine bud and as for humidity as long as its around 70% you should be fine but if pretty dry then yes can spray a cup with a few holes in it and create a humidity dome just check the seedlings throughout the day to make sure its not to humid for them

Stuff like that happens once in awhile. Sometimes the shell will get stuck or the inner lining gets left behind. Your plants look healthy so i wouldnt worry to much about it. The cotyledon leaves die off anyway.
When it comes to the dome i usually take it off after 24-48 hours after i get sprouts and just mist with a spray bottle a few times a day and water about 1.5 inches from the plant to help the roots spread. Once i get my second set of true leaves i water like normal.
You also want to try and keep the rest of the soil damp , its a pain trying to get it rehydrated with young plants in.

One thing i learned about growing is…PATIENCE… probably the most important part of growing that is overlooked in my opinion. Before you know it youll be surprised how fast they grow , then depressed when waiting what seems like forever waiting on harvest !
Just keep doing what your doing by asking questions. Lots of great people here and a great source of combined knowledge.
