Can anyone help me what is going on with the plant and is it dead or alive?

Yes i used nutrient but not sure how much
Damping off . . . as far as I know they can’t be saved once they fall over. It’s caused by a fungus of some sort, not by over watering as many think. If you have any other seedlings a peroxide treatment for the media can help prevent it from showing up there as well.

That plant has died. For me the root has rotted due to excess water.
