below. This is my one of malana cream. What should be the next step. Please guide as the plant is very small

The plant looks very sick… what have you done to her?
If your problem is, that your plant is in the flowering than i have a question? Is it a automatic?

I didnt do anything to her. My stupid gardener put her into a regular soil which i never do. That’s why she is like this. It’s not auto. What should i do now? Since she is not growing further. Pistils have started to turn brown. Please see the pic below. Also the water is logged and not drying or passing thru from below. I tried changing the soil and fed her some vermicompost but still the water is logged. Please advice what to do next.
