What Temp/Humidity Ranges for drying post harvest?

Yo, what are we saying the drying temp and humidity should be between? Curious to see what works for others, lots of varying answers out there claiming to be optimal, would like to build a bigger picture of what others are doing.

I use a cardboard box and little desk fan to dry and it’s in the closet of my bedroom so I try to maintain the bedroom. I average around 74f and 50% rh

I also dry in my bedroom so I can keep the indoor going.
Temp is about 70-75F and the humidity depends on the weather. I live in a very humid city so when it’s really humid I just let a fan on in the room just to move the air a little. Can’t tell you exactly the Humidity %

72°F (22°C) and 50-60% RH. If RH gets above 65% I burp the room with fresh air from outside that room (if ambient air is < 65%RH) or cut on the dehumidifier set to 60%. Shoot for more than 7 days to dry but not growing mold.
