What's wrong with my plant? it's on the stem

Hello how are you? Well, if the plant already has a plant status and is not a seedling, that is normal. In cannabis, the oldest leaves, such as the cotyledons, and the first ones when the plant begins to reach adulthood, are the first to dry. because from this it sucks what it needs for its development and it can remove it and nothing happens. greetings and merry christmas good smoke

Hahahaha I’m not referring to the cotyledons, my silver is already in a vegetative state and I know that’s normal, but if you look closely at the photo it has some white dots under those leaves
