I second what @Sedrik777 said about those peat pots. Here is a stump of how roots grow in those:
If you can, get them out of there or cut away the peat if roots have penetrated the inner walls.

Welcome to the community @Strainofmine. I would lower the lights a bit. Which lights are you using?
An amazon seedling light
just looks like the lights are too far away… bring the light closer to the plant. Plants will stretch to the light source make sure the lights are directly above them and not too far depending on the intensity of the lights.
