Good morning, I’ve learned a good way to do this: three days before flowering, then on day 21 of flowering and once more on day 41 of flowering. It’s best not to overdo the trimming so as not to stress it too much. When trimming, make sure the flowers get light. In some cases it’s enough to bend the leaves above the flowers a little to the side.

Really hoping ive done this right lol thined out the top a bit had a good handful of trimmings by the end, i then reshuffled the canopy to help with the circulation and light. Only working with one fan at the moment but so far seems to be alright

Also, always find a spot on the plant where no light can reach. Remove everything below it and then just remove the large leaves that cover the flowers. Remember not to cut too many shoots or your yield will suffer later on, but I only managed it on the second grow. With the first one, I cut too much too often and it resulted in two hermaphrodite bunches with little yield.

I second everything cliff said. Not trimming the fist 21 days after flipping to flower is really important. Sooner will stress the plant slowing growth, reducing yields and chance of a herm
