Why are my leaves strange?

Indoor/80x80 grow tent/TS1000 @ 25-50%/Northern Lights feminised/pugrun grow @50%

Hi all, this is my first indoor grow after a first outdoor try last year. I started my RQS N Lights plant in a small paper cup and repotted to larger one after 2 weeks. The plant seems to be growing nicely though short and bushy. The thing that perplexes me is that she still has no normal 5 fingered leaves even after 3 weeks. Should I be concerned? I plan to repot into her final fabric pot in a few days and just topped her yesterday. Do let me know what you think.

Ive had a few and one just last grow that didnt produce more than 3-5 fan leafs the whole veg stage and still came out decent so i wouldnt worry to much. But it can be from stress at times so if ya dont mind what growing medium are you using? Are you feeding any nutrients and are you phing your water? Its most likely just genetics but it never hurts to go over a few things to rule out

It looks over watered to me. What is you watering schedule and medium.

She’s in soil/perlite and I’m only watering every 3 days or so. I just started half strength nutrient this week.

Hi Smokey. The medium is soil/perlite and I’m being super careful with watering and pH after an overwatering experience with an outdoor grow last year. It could be transplant stress though. I’ll be patient and hope mine is like yours.

Ahh gotcha yes could be from transplant but yeah give a lottle more time and see what shes doing. Sometimes just genetics alone can have the plant doing some funky things so hopefully its just that. And if ya have any further concerns or questions always feel free to ask them and happy growing

Thank you. Will do

I just read on an RQS article that 3-point leaves can be caused by light stress. This could be true as I’ve increased my TS1000 to between 300 and 400 PFID. Perhaps too high for a small seedling. I had the lamp at 50% at 30cm, now moved up to 40cm

Its coco it’s hard to over water. You should be watering at least every 2 days if not daily. If using synthetic nutes you should be feeding every time. I’m doing organic with coco and I am up to a gallon every day. By mid-flower, I’ll be watering 11/2 gallons a day if not more in a 10-gallon pot.

This issue resolved itself guys, thanks. Btw, my base is soil/perlite, not coco. After the 3 point leaf issue resolved I began to get odd holes/tears on this plant - see my recent thread on this subject.
