So we all know what a mature cola looks like, but why oh why are my colas so damn leafy? Is this normal? I feel like im missing a step?

Yup! Is that from rqs? I found most of their strains to be really leafy like that

Nvm just looked at your grow log and see it is from rqs. A lot of their strains are like that. Even the pics on their site show them super leafy in flower. The critical from them was great and so was the Medusa and royal gorilla auto!

Ok this is a load off! I rhought mabey i stunted it somehow or it was a stress response! What in your experiance has been a good company outside of rqs, ive really only looked at them. I did use barneys farms glue gelato in my last grow but i rekon i harvested to early.

There are a ton! Ethos, Humboldt, mephisto, etc. rqs is decent, but I’ll be ordering Humboldt next and my next grow will be ethos. You’ll get tons of recommendations on breeders and strains here so maybe put a list together and order from a seed bank that carries a bunch of different breeders

Humboldt seeds not org they are not the same. Humboldt seeds is my goto for photos and Mephisto is my goto for autos

Hodymo uses speedrun seeds for autos and his buds look amazing! There are a million different ones so it’s hard to say!

Some cultivars are like that. Maybe defoliate a little more next time.

I just got done growing Hulkberry Auto from RQS and it looked nothing like that.
I had a plant recently that looked like yours. My problem was I left a stake on the main stem and it grew around it. I had root issues as well.
I cut it down and threw it out. Might sound extreme but my quality control has gotten strict.

I do not have decades under my belt as far as growing but I now know when to cut my losses. What do the roots look like? How old is the plant? Those buds are super airy aren’t they? Are there a bunch of trics?
My Gorilla Zkilttles Auto from fast buds was huge but I threw it out. It was all wilted looking and there was no way I was smoking that.

Roots look amazing, nice and white, with only alittle tint of brown from nutes, no rot of any kind. They are abit airy on the outside but a gentle squeeze and you can feel the density.

There may be hope after all. My roots smelled bad and I had to use a fungicide. The whole plant just sort of wilted.
How old is the Hulkberry

Loads of trics, not as frosty as my last grow but i know that can be genetics, as for age today is the 90th day from germination and week 7 of flower
