You’ll need to get a bigger light. 100 watts is not going to be enough for a good grow. You want between 40-60 watts per square foot of space. For a 2x4 grow space you want 300-400 watts. I have an app called Grow Room Calculator that tells you how many watts are needed depending on the light.

If you have only given plain water that explains the yellowing, they are starting to get hungry after using all the nutrients available in the soil.
