Show off your Ladies

Yo, servus everyone. And the weekend is already drawing to a close.

What can I say? The compost tea is rocking!
At the end of the first day, the ladies already got a little sip today. 1.2 liters for the big ones and 150 ml for the small clones.
Watered the big ones 2 days ago, and the upper soil layer was already dry again, which shows that their thirst has probably increased. But at a good 28 degrees, no wonder.
And what I saw today is that all 3 are shaping up wonderfully, and flowering doesn’t seem to be fast enough for them. Pistil clusters everywhere. :joy:
So, they are in flower, today is day 66, flowering day 16, and it was time to raise the lamps again to a distance of 38 - 40 cm.
Lollipopping is planned for Friday, and then the lamp distance will go down to around 35 cm, which will bring a bit more light intensity.
To avoid raising the lamp on the left too much, I forced another shoot of the Cookie OG onto the net (Scrog), so it lost some height there again.
She had a yellow leaf at the bottom. I’m waiting to see if she shows more deficiencies or if it was just an isolated leaf. Adding more nutrients (Flo) is always an option, but it can also quickly be too much. The compost tea will also work wonders :innocent:
The Cookie OG today :backhand_index_pointing_down:

rear left is the one shoot that got too tall, which I put back on the Scrog.

It seems to me that for the few flowering days, there are already quite a few pistil clusters and pre-flowers starting.
Hehehe, no more flickering (afterglow) to stress me out. :joy: That seems to be working wonders.
Cool, just saw a picture of her from 15 days ago on day 51.
Look at the difference she’s made in 15 days, and there’s certainly still a bit more stretch to go! :ok_hand:

That was the day the Scrog was set up for her at the start of flowering.
And then the second Jamaican Pearl round. The Pearli :backhand_index_pointing_down:

Tag 66 dritte BlĂŒte Woche gestartet
Despite showing many flaws in growth, she’s really taking off now.
I’m looking forward to trimming her lower parts and tidying her up down there.
Even on the left side, a shoot is at the same height as her main stem, which I had bent 3 times, and it always grew back up.
Today, Sunday, my wife made goulash, and our daughter, along with son/grandchild, were here to eat.
And she even brought me an awesome present.
20260208_162322
20260208_162336
I think that at almost 55 years old, I can finally wear little hats. :ok_hand:

The Strawberry Kush
which overall remained very behind in growth and was always the smallest, looked rather puny around the start of flowering

like a small Christmas tree.
Today, on flowering day 16, she has a completely different appearance.

At the same height as the others, and that’s how it should be.

and you can really see how much she is stretching. :index_pointing_up:

Slowly, the rest of the open space is also filling up. On the right, the Strawberry without the main bud, which is then competing for height with the rest.
It looks like a bountiful harvest is beckoning here again. But one shouldn’t count their chickens before they hatch. :joy:
Some still have about 8 - 9 weeks of flowering duration. There are eleven-weekers among them. May it be a bit more!
Oh, the 2 clones also received 150 ml of compost tea each today after a period of dryness, which I distributed around them to attract the roots to the edge of the pot.
Now the soil also dries better. Therefore, an air gap formed inside at the edge of the pot, and the soil generally settled a bit. Well, 2% Super Soil isn’t amazing, so I topped up the missing part with resting and slightly stronger mixed Super Soil. Because they are slowly emerging from their dormancy. I think they will go into the final pot at the end of the week with 10% Dope Soil.
For them, I raised the dimmer to 40% today at a light distance of 38 - 40 cm, thereby increasing the PPFD again to around 470 to 500.
In the final pot, Clone 1 will be placed deeper, because every cm counts in the smaller tent, and I will then Top them to promote lateral growth.
The rest of the compost tea, about 6.5 liters, I will let ferment until Tuesday.
Today I first had to bring the temperature down from 27 degrees to 21 degrees with cooling pads before it went into the soil. So I have to remember to remove the heating rod on Monday evening.
The Bubble Gums will finish the second day of the Cure Cycle in 2 hours.
The buds have become small but pretty and firm in the meantime.
Soon I’ll take a sample :joy: in the truest sense of the word, and with that, I wish you a pleasant start to the week with the best regards from Pflanzenpaule

Hey Growlings, things don’t seem to be moving fast enough for me again.

If you look at the values, in the flowering tent 120x120x200 with the exhaust 150 mm pipe at approx. 673 mÂł/h.
The thing is already constantly running at 8 to stay around 27.3 degrees at 75% light and to maintain the humidity levels.
It was actually supposed to be upgraded later, and the current noisy exhaust fan, along with the pipe and AKF, will then go into the new tent, which is smaller, making the exhaust more effective.
In the further flowering phase, the humidity (LF) also needs to go down significantly, which won’t be properly achievable this way.
So today, I’m getting things done
and quickly ordered the AC Infinity exhaust set on installments. I would have liked to pay for it directly, but my Gizmo also needs to be taken care of.
So I got excited during the order, because first there was the set with 1200 mÂł/h on a 200 mm pipe with a step controller, which is useless to me because it connects to the controller.
For just 90 euros more, there was then 1371 mÂł/h on a 200 mm pipe with the Controller KI.
Yeah, so I ordered this version because it has 171 mÂł/h more and overall twice the power as now. This means it should be able to manage at a lower setting now, which would be a bit quieter.
Although the KI Controller is already on the big tent. So the new one will go on the smaller tent, and the Controller 69 will find a new owner. For little money. The protective film is even still on the screen.
The KI Controller alone costs 200 euros. And here, only 90 bucks more!
A gift.
Cool - exhaust with 7.60 m pipe, clamps, AKF, and KI Controller in the pack.

I will knock another hole in the room next to the 150 mm pipe that goes through the wall, to also run the 200 mm variant right next to it.
I’m not a structural engineer and I’m only renting anyway.
If the outer wall sags a bit because the hole is too big. :joy:
Then so be it. But it will be fine. The roof certainly won’t come down.
I find it somewhat nonsensical that the exhaust air, which is supposed to draw out heat and humidity, is then simply directed into the room.
I want that stuff out, because a room that keeps getting wetter can’t draw in dry air at the bottom of the tent. It’s the same with heat.

Or three tents - one exhaust system, I find that horrible too. The heat from one, along with humidity, marches into the next and meets even more heat and humidity there.
What you see advertised online these days. Mmmh, do they all think one is crazy? No, I don’t know!

Today is a rest day in my garden, because everything is well adjusted, and only tomorrow will the compost tea be distributed.
This morning, I took my round with Gizmo. I rolled up some of the last Fast Diesel harvest and smoked it. That is, from the harvest with light stress, which led to airy buds and foxtailing, besides hermaphroditism at the end, during its afterglow action.
The first drying in the Cannatrol, I must say; these foxtail (Foxtrail) buds were harder to trim. But what’s lying there is damn sticky, smells strong, and really hit me hard this morning. Now, Fast Diesel was a hybrid strain.
The first harvest of it, hits more cerebrally, invigoratingly uplifting. Awesome!
But the last harvest hits more like Indica, meaning - it hits the body and really weighs you down. Not for a relaxed walk with Gizmo.
So, not without the weed. Also, not for just a quick one. I was pretty high for a good 4 hours. Hehehehe
Let’s see, I still have some Kief lying around, which I might press with my hand, foil, and some heat soon.
The jars must be empty and cleaned for the next harvest.
Then today I was at the vet with Gizmo and requested an X-ray because the little guy has been limping now and then for some time. Three weeks ago, they removed a clump of matted fur between his toes because they thought that was the problem.
An injection provided relief for a few days, and then on Friday, he started again not going down stairs and limping downhill.
I quickly noticed that this problem comes from his left shoulder.
I already suspected it would be arthritis. He’s already 12 years old, the old man (Opi).
So he was X-rayed earlier, and yep! The little guy has arthritis in his shoulder joint. Another injection and now pain pills with anti-inflammatory medication and the stomach protector Pantoprazol. Hopefully, he tolerates it without stomach pain. Otherwise, it’s an injection every 4-6 weeks, a hundred bucks each time.
But I’ve heard there’s an operation with gold implants where no medication is needed afterward. An acquaintance had it done successfully.
I’ll have to look into that, because it’s better to pay 1500 euros once than 100 euros every month for three years.
But it’s strange, one household - 2 people and 1 dog and 3 cases of arthritis.
The things you hear about.
So that’s how things are going here, and I hope you’re all doing well!
Oioioi, I think, I believe. Lying down briefly works wonders. It’s really hitting me. Flawless! In this sense - Stay High and have fun growing.

Finally mixed a pile of soil with my wife on Sunday.

Placeholder, so as not to damage the mycelium when repotting.

Add water

Covered and let it rest for the next 2-4 weeks. Then green manure will be added first, which is allowed to grow for about 2 weeks until I scythe it away and pot the plants.

First, prepare cups and jiffy pellets and put the beans in tonight.

For the window, I still have a pot standing inside it. The bean will be germinated later.

The pots after the cups are also prepared. Here’s a different soil mix in it, a bit weaker, so nothing burns.

The compost bucket from the stairwell has also made its way into the mix. I can tell you, a beer, cider, apple schnapps sh*t is gold compared to that bucket :joy:. But no matter, a bit of rock dust before mixing it in has largely neutralized the smell. The plants will love it.

Aunt Edith: and again the translator, which I have deactivated countless times, is on everywhere again :face_with_symbols_on_mouth:

@KilliczGe
Paule the Super Brain already had a T-piece on the 150 one to also attach the 125 one now. The result was that the air only exited when both extractors were running and pushing air out. If one was off, the tent where nothing was running inflated like a :balloon:. Now I considered a Y-piece. But before that happens again, I’d rather punch another hole through the wall. Then what’s supposed to go out, will go out. Yep, and the big colleague is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Cool.
Today I got rid of the superfluous tents. Soon there will be a 125 extractor fan available for little money. Level 1 - 220 and Level 2 - 280 m3/h. Then I can soon control the small tent well with the 150 pipe, and the large one will have more power to better maintain humidity and temperature. I’ll see how good it is soon. Humidity isn’t really the problem. Rather the temperature, but now, 28 - 29 degrees. That’s still acceptable. Tent open, feels like a jungle vacation.
Today the compost tea went into all pots. I stirred about 5 million nematodes into the tea for the second watering. Already taking precautions directly beforehand so that no mosquito swarms can form. But so far, these and predatory mites have provided great service.
The 2 Cookie OG clones are slowly getting going now. Clone 1, the former main top, was 17 cm tall today. Grew 4 cm in 3 days. Today is Day 40, Growth Day 10. They were in rooting for a very long time!

She had about 6 nodes today. Because she’s doing well now, I removed the lowest ugly leaves and then ‘decapitated’ the good one.

And she didn’t lose any of her beauty in the process. With that, she also lost three or four cm of her height again. But there’s already a height deficit with Clone 2 that I somehow need to fix. Now the side shoot growth is activated first. I will bend Clone 1’s stem in the coming days so that the side shoots lie freely, get more light, and grow to the same height. This gives Clone 2 a chance to reach the same height.

She’s just starting to grow. Repotting into the 18 l final pot is planned for the weekend. Then it goes from 2% to 10% Dope Soil. Clone 1 will then be given a new shape. At 35 cm height, I’ll then kick them into flower because in the small tent, 120 cm is the limit. There’s only 180 cm height minus carbon filter (AKF) and light distance. Everything has to fit, because nothing else can be added to the flowering tent.

Fresh, tasty compost tea today, they will be well moistened and continue to grow a bit more.. Cookie OG in the back.

Her, the Jamaican, I pulled out the left shoot a bit today with a plant tie, and with that, she lost a bit of height there, so the lamps could be kept at a distance for now. Only that one shoot was almost a bit too close for my liking. Really cool with the Headbud

the Strawberry Kush. For a small Indica lady, it’s becoming a fat bush. Today is Day 68, Flower Day 18. Somehow, the pre-flowers already seem really fat to me. Lollipopping is approaching. I’ll have to remove quite a bit from the bottom there and also thin out generously at the top.

Currently, it seems to be going quite well. For the soil that has been used so often. I need to measure tomorrow. I forgot that today.

@snAke then, here’s to a great start. And best of luck.

Wish you a good evening.
Greetings from Pflanzenpaule

Here I am again!
The Bubble Gums today, Day 4 in the Cure Cycle

I briefly turned on the light to look.
Unfortunately, you don’t see much that way.
I only open the door to keep the sponge moist and otherwise try not to disturb the environment. At 60% humidity and 18.1 degrees, I had the idea to put my small weed jars with little things in there yesterday, with the lids open. This way, they can continue to cure or post-cure in there.
Due to the constant humidity, I added three small Boveda packs to see if they recharge a bit.
I’ll see in three days if they are softer again, if that works.
The smell when the door is briefly open is simply amazing.
I think I will extend the Cure Cycle a bit longer.
It can only do good for the buds.
Stay High and have a restful night.
Paule wishes you

I’m just imagining that, it’s horrifying :joy:

Isn’t there some kind of check valve flap that closes when one tent isn’t blowing, so that air can’t get in there either?
Yes, a lot of tinkering :joy:
But a hole in the wall also has something going for it.
:face_blowing_a_kiss::face_blowing_a_kiss:

Continued success :four_leaf_clover:

Hehehe exactly that, all built in @KilliczGe.
Three backflow flaps were installed, and they only prevent pests from getting in. But they don’t close airtight.
There would also be slide regulators, but I only found them for up to 100mm pipes, and they were quite expensive.
I’ll get a 200mm telescopic pipe with a wall flange and construction foam and seal up the rest. I still have a bag of Rotband, and that will work.
Because I don’t want to buy something again that doesn’t work.
I think routing a 200mm pipe into a 150mm one will also probably reduce performance.
Good night, delicious ‘vegetables’ in the tent.
I believe the buds on your back left will be very thick, but awkward to trim. Many, many leaves around them. And another one with a dark color in the assortment.
Wishing you continued success. It’s working.

That was the last look half an hour ago
What that is supposed to become

60x60 to 200, that’s all the tent has

To solve my temperature problem (and because I also wanted the Mars Hydro power in the other tent for the new ones), I quickly rearranged things. The two 65 W lights out of one tent and one 150 W light out of the other tent.
The remaining 150 W light in the middle and the two 65 W lights to its left and right. Depending on the height of the ladies. I quite like it this way.

You’ve got a lot of light in the tent now @KilliczGe
May the buds get even fatter.
Nothing happened for me today.
The exhaust filter set was announced and is now due for delivery tomorrow. So I scoured hardware stores today, but without success.
Pipe telescopes, they stop at 150mm.
Now I quickly ordered an original AC I
200mm to 150mm reducer piece so I can connect it when everything arrives.
A 90x90 Scrog net for the small tent was also needed, because things are moving fast with the clones now.
They will soon go into large pots with a strong soil mix, and then clone 1 will be laid down by 90 degrees.
I didn’t have myself under control again and put a bit too much ‘tea’ into the pots yesterday.

Good day, Growlings.
The new and significantly more powerful, stronger exhaust set with a second AI controller just arrived.

But I just checked that everything is there and undamaged.
Yesterday I ordered a 200 to 150 reducer piece, which was also shipped directly and will probably only arrive tomorrow.
Then it will be possible for me to start so I can connect it directly.
But wow, massive parts.

The carbon filter came with 2 pre-filters.
That’s a monster.
Well, I’m not in the mood for work today.
Gizmo has already had 2 vet visits this week.
Monday a pain injection, and since Tuesday, pain and anti-inflammatory medication in tablet form. Then yesterday evening, all through the night, the side effects started, it was a horror.
Multiple diarrhea and likely stomach ache. In the morning, 3 more times vomiting, back to the vet. Now, don’t give the Monday meds anymore. And now a Buscopan injection and 2 x 10 ml white liquid stuff for today 10 ml and tomorrow 10 ml. Plus powder for his food.
And a light diet, chicken and rice.
Shit, the animal isn’t doing well.
When my dearest isn’t well, it really weighs heavily on my mind too.
Since the night was short, I’m tired too.
I already talked about gold acupuncture, and the vet said it was a good thing.
But they don’t do it.
However, they do the preliminary examinations, like blood collection on Wednesday to check the general values.
In March, ultrasound of the heart and stomach.
It’s sad that you have to bring things up.
The previous vet X-rayed him 2 years ago, and everything was fine, according to him
!
But upon presenting the pictures to an online veterinarian, hip dysplasia was found. And upon inquiry today, the confirmation followed, and this now resulted in the problem in the left shoulder.
You can’t stop it, but you can slow it down and make life bearable.
The meds so far aren’t doing it.
She wanted to add Camikur today, but he’d had that before and hadn’t tolerated it either.
I hope the little one stays with me for a longer time.
During the walk today, it rained again, which drove the worms out of the earth.
Collected 4 more fat ones, which were then placed on the soil of the Jamaican.

Lid off and little container with the open side on the soil. That way, the only way for them is into the soil, and I’ll see that tomorrow.

It was very dried out again today, so I gave it 1 liter of water to keep the topsoil moist. Because under the thicker layers of leaves, mycelium and bacterial nests have formed. But I also saw that the Jamaican and the Cookies OG are feeding on their nutrient depot.
Yellowing of the lowest leaves!
But it’s also a very hungry period now.
Defoliating and lollipopping are due now, and depleted leaves will be removed anyway.
To counteract the deficiency, I will work 100g of Flo, solid fertilizer, into the topsoil via top dress on Saturday before watering.
This corresponds to another 0.5% of the soil volume. Depending on the situation, this will be repeated at a one-week interval.
The Jamaican and Cookie OG are super hungry.
The C. OG didn’t get any water today because the Blumat Digital was around 70 mbar. 80 - 110 is the optimum. Only above that does it become too dry.

Today is Day 70, Bloom Day 20 for all three. They already have quite significant pre-flowers and look really good.
The Strawberry only got 500 ml of water today, just to keep the topsoil a bit moister again, because here too, under thicker layers of leaves, mycelium has formed that decomposes this.
The worms placed under it yesterday have retreated into the soil.

She has added a lot to the pre-flowers.
And the journey to the end is still long.
Flowering weeks are given as 10 to 11, so there are still 7 to 8 weeks left.
Have fun cultivating and best regards from Pflanzenpaule

I had no choice but to harvest the head of the tarte tartin prematurely, despite the predatory mites (which helped quite quickly), to be precise, a full 18 days earlier than planned. It tried to grow further, but not much came of it, and the damage from the critters was already too severe. And it could have been so beautiful:sob::sob::sob:

Here are my ladies. Used flush Clean for 2 days, now only Final Part for about 10 days. The buds are really nice and crisp, it’s really going to be another nice harvest, and it’s wonderful how they all perform equally well, even though the one in the front left is a Milky Way F1 from RQS and the others are Runtz F1 Zamnesia.

But they were also listed that way, but that sometimes means nothing. And look how they grow, as if they had been trained or had a net in place, but no, nothing like that, I just removed the uppermost leaves quite early so that the lower shoots would get enough light, but only enough so that the uppermost leaves still draw enough water upwards. I read that two middle leaves are enough to transport water upwards. Trial and error pays off and it seems to be working.

And here’s my latecomer, the Mimosa Orange Punch Auto Barney’s Farm.

Also very fat again.
