It seems that you are doing a great job with that girl! 
If she is an auto-flowering plant, you can check it by checking her age, and the information that the seed’s bank provides. If she is a photoperiodic plant, she will show her sex when the daylight hours start to go down. She needs twelve hours of complete darkness throughout the flowering stage to achieve her buds.

As @ELI said once you reach 12 hrs of darkness she will flip into flowering which for Oklahoma is towards the end of next month I think (autumn equinox). So a bit more time in veg for her to get nice and big and then start to watch those buds form!
Exciting times ahead and just remember you’ll learn with every grow.

Imo with an outdoor grow some strains start to flower around 13-13.5 hours of darkness. The 12/12 is more for indoor grows. Happy growing
Agree 100%! My outdoor plants began flowering slowly approx two weeks ago when there was roughly 9.5 hours darkness per night. It’s increasing a few mi utes very day and by beginning of September we should have close to 11 hours darkness per night. Here is a photo of my OG Kush CBD taken today and clearly in flowering (end of week two almost at a guess)

You should be in begining stage of flowering where your at. Im north east coast and we are about 2-3 weeks into our flowering stage and been talking with a guy from chicago who also is about 2-3 weeks in and i believe your region should be similar to ours. Around mid sept-mid oct our outdoor strains should be ready depending on type
