Most likely having nitrogen with cal mag is causing the higher rates of nitrogen. In flower I use cal mag that’s just straight cal mag without nitrogen when I was growing with synthetic nutrients.

Which brand would you recommend I’ve not seen a ppm reader test anything besides water quality and on Amazon which seems to sell anything now these days can’t find one with those specs
It’s usually a drop test or strip to test for anything specific. A pen will only test everything in the water not induvidual.
Id give this a try and see what it says…
So the calmag has 5% nitro so does the general hydroponics flora micro. I use both on a full up and the water and nutrients are going super phase now I have a 3.5 liter reservoir… at only 1.5 reservoir now so I’ll fill up. I did change my lighting got this from Amazon let me know on thoughts left spec in images. Also got some blackstrap molasses I was going to put it in this water fill. I do see some poss light burn on leaves may raise light. I am currently at end of week 3.

This is for soil it looks like I am using just hydroponic
This is the lighting I have at this time I plan to do a water change but the leaves on this plant have been droopy since late veg stage I posted the current status of plant
