Cannabis pollen has been shown to travel like 20+ miles on a windy day . . . either you got a heck of a place or your pollen will be doing the trespassing. Someone over the hill and down the holler likely be cussing and wondering where the seeds came from.

I speak from experience on that . . . gave up on outdoors long ago because no matter how thoroughly you culled males the females would almost always be pollinated . . . or stolen.

Stuff can find it’s way inside to your grow also if you don’t have filters and other pollen control measures in place.

Nice catch!

Yeah the distance is covered, but yeah pollen can find way. But so is the coat of experience and learning. I do have filters and qhat not involved. Im slowly harvesting the pollen, trying not to kill him in the process so nabbing em as they get close. Granted my lack of understanding when to clip, has put the others into a slightly increased risk.

Yeah if i wasn’t secluded as is, id be pretty concerned about thieves. Im already uber paranoid just growing. Despite it being legal to do so lol i don’t keep all outside just a couple experiments and they’re up and away, if yer getting to em with out me. You earned em haha, i mean ill still MF ya for it buuuut, I don’t really enjoy the idea of ruining another persons grow, even if trespassing and from what i read, its time to remove the pollen sacs anyhow. Itll be interesting to see if more grow back.

Pollen extraction doesnt seem to hard, more worried imma get some serious sinus issues during it though lol kinda wanna produce a bunch of seeds for testing and learning. So if anyone of my mates and what not decide to grow they can learn super easy like. I know just growing them has tought me a 1000x more than all the articles and books ive thumbed through.

Holy crow! There’s so many ways to grow this magnificent plant, gonna try this bad boy method maybe probably should read about it first. Lol

Yeah, I am still in the research/consideration mode… but all the input has been helping me get ready to possibly give what I am going to be calling “The Riverbed method” a try.

@edylc333 Movie gif. A shocked Flint Lockwood from Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs puts his hands on his cheeks as his jaw drops--his expression resembles the "Home Alone" face.

Talking about nutrients I was just reading Mephisto’s grow guide and like their approach of keeping things simple.

One thing that annoys me is mixing nutes. It takes a good while and I have to do it every feed, and my time is frankly more valuable than standing around a bucket so I have been interested in building soils that only need watering. Yes I know I was looking at synthetics but that was before I found this lol. Also living soils are not that common in Spain so I had it on the back burner until I found something.

Anyway this sounds right up my street. Ever hear of Biotabs? It’s a one-stop organic solution to fertilizing your grow, add once and that’s it, just add water (and any other supplements you want to add) until harvest.

Mephisto use it for all their grows, I am gonna check it out, sounds great. To quote them -

" We use Biotabs, a slow release organic fertilizer in the form
of a tablet, it’s super simple. We pop one under the rootmass when transplanting, or if we
were planting direct to final pot we would wait until 2-3 weeks
and at that point in a 12 liter pot we’d put 2 biotabs 5cm down
under the soil surface, either side of the plant.
The tab takes about a week to become activated through
watering, then each watering after that, the nutrients contained
within are released into the soil and made available to your plant.
This is incredibly simple, it has taken a massive load off our day to
day tasks and in effect, has really changed our lives."

Took your advice @Rasta_Free-Man and decided to re-pot the girls this afternoon. Lunar calendar recommended 26/04 was a good day for transplanting. I put them into 24cm pots, small terracotta balls in bottom of pot for drainage, then organic universal soul mixed w a bit of peat moss. Sprayed the new holes and the root structure of each plant w Biobizz root juice, before placing them in their new homes. Also gave them each a 1/2L of water mixed w 2ml of Biobizz :fish::tropical_fish::blowfish: mix. Will be interested to see how they look, hope they will be happy. Plan to keep them in these pots another 2-3 weeks, maybe 4 weeks before planing them in the ground. Voila
