Purple leaves?

Growlog log: https://growithjane.com/growlog/alpha-qqcj

What does it mean when your leaves turn purple? Genetics ot am I killing my plants?

Looks a little like both of these deficiencies.

I know we have spoken about these plants before, but I cannot remember what we spoke of, however, If these plants are 9 weeks old your PPM of nutrients should be 900-1200. And your ph is too low still.

Last few waterings were 6.5 ph. I am in organic soil but i will add some calmag. I dont have anything with molybendum in it. What should I buy?

Honestly if it was me I would start over I’m using success nutrients: micro, trees, and flowers. They seem to be working very well.

You think it looks like they are dying? I cut a few healthy clones.

They dont look good.

Ik… idk what i did wrong… minus the incorrect ph in the beguining. Last I can think is rpotbound bit it seems unlikely. I will post how the seeds and the clones do later

My first time. I just wish I knew what Indid wrong

I’ve had crops come through hard times before, I wouldn’t pull the plug on yours yet. I don’t see a total infestation anywhere but I was wondering, is the powder from the d. earth you put on, or is that on it’s own?

I think it was diamataceous earth but I panicked thinking it was powdery mildew and cut off all leaves with it. Still seems to be strugling. I will do my last veg feed tomorrow and then transplant to 3 gallon fabric pots then switch to flower. That is my current plan.

They are actually looking slightly better today. The discolored leaves dont look better but the new groath is healthy green except for some of the tops.

Ttransplant first, and water with your nutes…see what happens

I Transplanted into fabric pots. They were clearly root bound… live and learn. Contacted the breeder and they said that the purple leaves are typical of this phenotype of blue dream, even in veg. Check grow log for pics of roots. I did a lay root trim and hopefully the fabric pots help as well. Any idea when I could see improvement from transplant?

Holy fuckin shit dude; lol. I hope you put them in 5 or 7 gallon pots with a good potting soil. If so, you’ll see Improvement soon. I’m glad you got it figured out. DI’d you water it with the nutrients after transplant?

I bought 3 gallon pots… I am new to this but yeah it seemed small… the fabric pots air trim though, right? Should I buy 5 gallon fabric pots? This is all new to me.

I did a light, quarter nutrient load as I diddnt want to keep stressing them too much.

It all depends on how big your going to allow them to get. My tent is 6’ tall minus a foot for the hanging light. I am going to go to a 7 gallon fabric pot, but they are taller than wide (Jeria pots on Amazon). I want plenty of soil, but also to conserve room. Also taller is better than wide because I want the roots to follow the water down to reduce the risk of over watering. This is also by design so the soil will dry faster to prevent root rot. I worry that if 5 gallon wasnt enough I would have to transplant again late in the game, which would be counter productive. Moreover, you dont have to fill them all the way up so I might only use five gallon of soil.

My 4 White Widows are in traditional 7 gallon pots. They are close to 16 weeks old, topped twice and take up the whole 5x5 tent. I give them a gallon of water each time and it’s taking over a week to dry out, which is too long in my opinion.

That will be fine since you’re using the Fox Farms potting mix. I’m sure we will see improvement in the next 3-5 days.
