Show off your Ladies

First up, Dante’s and coffee! Yes indeed, that’s a nice way to start Sunday.
For me, it was a cappuccino and Hindu Kush!
Fabulous!!!
That was my first run Summer 23 and it still tastes and hits well.
Oh my friend, 16 degrees is already nearing the dormant phase for soil life.
But it’s always good when such minor things can still be quickly found and corrected.
I’ve already taken care of the clones.
Clone 1 was still in the moisture range, but in the lower end, so today it only got 500 ml into the soil to simply keep the moisture content in a good range.
Not too wet and not too dry. Just trying to stay in the middle.
For both, the trays were also empty and dry, even though they were only watered yesterday.
And so I gave each tray another 750 ml.
If they are empty in the afternoon, I can add more.
Here, the 4 cm clay pebble layer works great. They absorb what they need in addition to what’s still in the soil.
Many shoots have stretched up again at the edge of the Scrog.
That’s because the light intensity decreases at the edges.
I think today, day 13, the Stretch is slowly coming to an end. Since it started with 14 hours of light, they’ve already had a good 15 days of Stretch.
I quickly carried out the light defoliation that was planned for tomorrow today,
and so they have a few more days of rest until Lollipopping comes.
It’s going to take a lot of patience to manage the dense undergrowth beneath the Scrog. I’ve now switched on a small fan in the lower area of the Scrog, directed towards the soil, to provide air circulation down below.
On the small area, you only see flower sites now. Beautiful so far.

Later, I’ll check on things in the larger tent and put some water back into the pots. Here, I split the water amount today by giving half yesterday.
This way I avoid too much water and too much wetness at once.
Example Jamaican; today it’s back to 50% soil moisture where it was yesterday before the 1.2 liters of compost tea.
It annoys me that I don’t have this clay pebble layer in the pots here.
So I always have to pay attention when I water from below that it gets absorbed and doesn’t sit in the tray for too long, because then the roots would be directly in it.
But it works by giving small portions from below.
But since it’s still early and there’s time, I’m going out with Gizmo first.
Enjoy the day and many greetings from Paule

Yes. I almost ordered a tombstone :headstone:.
All the fuss with the tent move. Luckily, they could be easily pushed empty through the hallway; with lamps and exhaust system inside. I didn’t have to dismantle anything. But being carried through the hallway and then being deprived of its warm foot. The automatic didn’t find that very funny.

Slowly she’s looking up again.

In the 80 (tent), both plants handled it well. After watering yesterday, the world looked great again today. Plus now the heating pipe is in. That fits, I can soon go along the net and turn back the clock.

Nothing more will be topped there. She also grows so beautifully :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Just unpacked and set up my lab for testing purposes, so I can still return it if necessary. It looks good, is lightproof, the poles are metal, and the zipper is good too. All in all a bargain (€ 23).

Set up and taken down in less than 10 minutes.

Jo - Super cute, the suitcase grow! It even fits in a wardrobe. And when do you start with experiments? But we’ll surely be able to follow along again! I wish you

This goes into the middle part of the cabinet in the background. I still need to get a cabinet that goes into the corner of the room, and then I can clear out the middle part. I still have a 60-watt lamp left from my other tent; it came with it and was replaced by a 240-watt lamp. Once everything is set up, I will first propagate my Royal Runtz seed (a single specimen) in the small tent for the next cultivation. Depending on how it grows in there, I might also put a single plant in for more variety in my “pharmacy”.

 Really cute lab @herr_gruen
Cool
I also have these click poles for the 80 tent, I’m not so happy with them, they’re already rusting in some places..
But yours isn’t in the basement either

I just installed the DIY tent wall expanders.

Placed exactly above the net, so that the bloom can get the maximum space.

Shaped a bit, fiddled behind the poles.
Fixed with rubberized wire and then nothing slips.
It works.
8 pcs, 3.99 at Aldi

Looks good with the brackets. A while ago, I saw brackets online that were designed for that, they were more expensive and not as effective as your solution. There were only two rods in each direction, it didn’t look very healthy for the tent.

It should be well kept in the cabinet, and temperature fluctuations shouldn’t be a problem there either.

Hey hey, before I head out, here are a few more Cookies OG clone pictures.
These are from March 15th, Flowering Day 13.

Quite dense under the Scrog.
That will be a tough nut to crack during Lollipopping at the end of the week, trying not to lose track.
There will be a spring trim.

Gizmo is done with that, and I was yesterday.
He looks like a lamb now and much younger.

Yep, a nicely filled Scrog.
And as you can see, the shoot tips at the edges have grown significantly higher again, and I found no way to tuck them again.
But today, Flowering Day 15, they won’t grow much higher anymore.
So I hope.
Yesterday, each pot received 1.6 L of water in the saucer, in two doses of 800 ml each.
If the saucers are dry soon, I’ll repeat that today.
And they can take what they need.
In the larger tent, today is Flowering Day 53, and the 8th flowering week is nearing its end. The Trichome Check for the Cookies OG is due there.
The harvest for her will be due soon. Pflanzenpaule wishes you a nice day.

Which I find perfectly fine, dear colleague.
Keep in mind that the light fixture on the outside would have to have a higher sweet spot, as less light effectively reaches there. So it’s great that it found its spot.

Looks fantastic.

Also at @Growstarter40 I see a beautiful flower meadow

Keep up the great work

@KilliczGe
Yes, that’s exactly what I had in mind. Generally, the intensity decreases towards the edges, and they’ve found their best way. But already the grass shows this height difference.
I think the stretch will be significantly less now, because today is flowering day 15, and they’ve been on a 14-hour light cycle. So, it’s already 17 days of stretch.
This weekend, the bottom will be cleared so all energy goes up, and this time it’s not reused Living Soil. They are in newly activated soil with 10%.
So, nutrient deficiencies shouldn’t be an issue so quickly this time.

Hallo Growlings :smiling_face_with_sunglasses::victory_hand:,

The moons :waxing_crescent_moon::full_moon::waning_crescent_moon: are just flying by for me. Lots of stress and trouble here and there…

“But always keep your head above water and a hand’s breadth of water under the keel… Arrrgh!!!” as Patchy the Pirate always says. :joy::wink:

Yes, I still try to take everything with humor. Even if it often falls flat… But it only helps to a limited extent… The best solution for me is still :ok_hand::cloud::cloud::cloud:
Helps with every intake!!!

Enough nonsense now.
Actually, I just wanted to quickly share some beautiful pictures with you…

IMG_20260317_112825

Here we have all the small, delicious trichomes from my Banana Feminisiert Sativa, annoyingly rated at 27% THC. In the 7th week of flowering. So wonderfully powdered…
:star_struck:

But there’s still more to come…

IMG_20260317_113004

Delicious… :melting_face::drooling_face:
That’s not even “frost” anymore, they’re slowly turning into a “skating rink”… :joy:
There’s hardly any room left for green.

My Rainbow Sherbet Feminisiert is fully Indica-dominant and already sends your legs over your head in its “normal state”… :exploding_head::exploding_head:
Since this is my mutation with the albino branch. And in some places, as you can see, it even forms double flowers. I don’t really know how much will come out of it later. But however much it may be. I believe that’s going to hit hard!!!:grin::ok_hand::cloud::cloud:
Photos of the whole plants will be available next time.

On that note, a peaceful rest of the week to all of you

Grow on everyone :smiling_face_with_sunglasses::+1::sign_of_the_horns::victory_hand::ok_hand::cloud::cloud::cloud:

Here today, the little ones are already peeking out of the soil.
The Wedding Cake Auto (last picture) has also emerged by now.

Grape Soda Auto, as the name says,.. is there.

Quite a sad sight
Gave water today to see if it gets better or worse for it :joy::headstone:

The Kushs are in top shape.
Today was the last time they received water through the loop. I removed it because I had pulled the stem a bit to the side, and now space there became tight :joy: Before I can no longer remove it without an axe, the little autos are now getting the loops

They now have 16 hours of light. Let them grow a bit more. Then the time will be reduced again :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

Hey @herr_gruen
They are already putting out their fan leaves far.
From my side, there isn’t much today.
For days, the clones have only been watered from below.
On average, 800 ml in the morning and 700 ml in the afternoon when the tray is empty, which it is in the afternoon and then again in the morning.
This way I keep a close eye on what they need daily, and additionally, the soil moisture sensor remains constant at around 35%, sometimes rising to 37%. But on average, it stays like that.
In the future, I will use the pots again with a 4 - 6 cm layer of expanded clay.
The Auto Pots already have the Airbase.
Today I took the rest of the Light Mix 7 l and mixed about 20% of the 7 l with 1.5 l of worm castings. On top of the then 8.5 l of soil, there was also 30% = 2.5 l of coco.
The eleven liters of soil will soon be refined into Living Soil with 3% Flo Dünger.
After activation, this will go on top of the Dope Lite with a gentle transition for 2 Auto [plants]. In the middle of the 2 pots, I’ll then only add some Light Mix, mixed with a little worm castings, peat, and coco on top so I can plant the seedlings directly into each final pot.
I’ll still get two pots fully layered with 12% / 10% / 5% for photoperiod plants in Living Soil.
And then 2 x 25 l fabric pots with Bio Tabs are to enter the race.
Tomorrow, a Trichome Check is scheduled for Cookies OG and Strawberry. They are nearing their end.
And cutting plant fleece for the next run.
I just updated to the latest version and immediately found followers.
:wink::rofl:
Then here’s to a great run.
Greetings from Pflanzenpaule

Good evening, fellow growers.
Today, the clone trays received a total of 2 liters of water in three rounds.
The last sip from the trays was 2 hours before lights out, for night supply, and the trays will be empty and dry again tomorrow morning, as has been the routine all week. Thirsty ladies. The 4 cm expanded clay layer at the bottom of the pots is a complete success. This way, the water can stand up to 3 cm high in the tray. And they take what they need.
Also, nearing the end of the 8th week of flowering, Jamaican, Strawberry, and Cookie OG received a small watering again.
Here, however, the thirst was not very strong, which I can see from the slowly dropping sensor readings.
Today, the three were somewhat freed from dead, withered leaves, and otherwise, depleted yellow leaves without firm attachment to the stem were also removed.
The buds themselves look great.
Flowering day 55 today. The indicated harvest days for Jamaica are 56 - 70 days, and for Strawberry Kush and Cookie OG, it’s 60 - 65 days.
Looking closer at the Trichomes today, I was a bit surprised.
While the Jamaican Pearl still has a majority of bright pistils, amber trichomes can already be found on some Sugar Leaves.
But I think she can still go for a few more days. No – she must.

I have a few more pictures of her.

It looks like it’s very close to the indicated harvest time for C.OG and Strawberry, 60 - 65 days. So, 5 to 10 more days.
And the Jamaican will surely also be in a very pleasant range to be harvested directly with them. But I’ll check that later.
Almost at the end of the 8th week of flowering,
Cookies OG today, she shines with a massive Trichome spectacle.
But she still has 5 to 10 days.
And new pistils are still growing. This also causes the bud to swell further!

Her Trichomes looked like this today

I still like the Strawberry Kush the best.

It seems the buds are still putting on weight.

Pistils are slowly curling in.
But new, fresh ones are also still growing.
Paule will still see this through.

Wonderful, friends, the final days are underway.
Meanwhile, preparations are ongoing.
Cutting plant fleece, washing expanded clay for new pots, and so on.
If only the pain in my jaw wasn’t there.
Now that there’s nothing left on the upper right or left because everything the idiot dentist botched had to come out.
Since yesterday, I have a massive lump on the bottom right. Awesome.
So the health insurance will pay double. Time for the application to get there tomorrow.
I don’t think I can hold onto the molars on the bottom right until the decision is made.
Always something new.
The ladies are now at a safe 42 - 44 % RH and just under 26 degrees.
Plant-Paule wishes you a good night.

Yesterday, I recycled the old grow soil

and while I was at it, I also started a nettle slurry.

20260319_154614It will now sit for 4-6 weeks until everything has decomposed, and then it will keep pests away. Things are also progressing in the tent, I think I will start with mainlining this weekend.

The leaves have grown huge, and with the exception of Fat Gorilla, they all have long stems. I prefer the compact growth of the :gorilla:. I’m curious to see how they will develop after pruning. Here are a few close-ups

Well, here I am, wishing you all a good start to the weekend.
I got a lot of work done again today.
Cut a few layers of plant fleece for the next pots.
And the worm bin arrived!
Once it was assembled, a lot of wet cardboard went into the bottom again.
Then I transferred the DIY bin into the new one.
In doing so, I discovered that the wild-caught worms were in excellent health. All were still alive and I found very small ones.
I hadn’t put such small ones in there.
Once everything was prepared, the bag with 500 compost worms was added.

And in the middle, a depression where I placed pureed strawberries, lettuce, carrots, along with fresh, cooled coffee grounds and a teaspoon of minerals with ground oatmeal.
Let’s see how that goes with my own vermicompost and worm tea.
As is currently every day, the clones today again had their saucers filled with water 3 times throughout the day.
Today it was record-breaking.
Last night, 2 hours before lights out, I again gave 800 ml each into the saucers because they were empty again.
In the morning, during the first hour of light, when I check the saucers, they are empty.
So this morning too, there was 800 ml each in the saucers.
When I came home around 1:00 PM at midday, I found the saucers empty again and there was again 800 ml per saucer.
Well, then again around 6 PM and 2 hours before lights out.
The saucers empty again. And again 800 ml of water.
So today, 2.4 l went into each pot, and tomorrow morning the saucers will be empty again.
Today I had to briefly open the tent at the top to raise the lamp a few more cm.
Didn’t have my phone ready, but this sight. Amazing.
To not completely ruin the climate, I then snapped 1 picture each through the viewing window.
The clones are on flowering day 18 today.
Clone 1

Is slightly blurred in parts due to the foil window.
But you can already see the properly bright clusters.
Clone 2

Soon I’ll have to keep the ‘gate of happiness’ open a bit longer because the time for lollipopping is approaching and then there will be nice pictures again. Sunday is the day.
It looks simply great so far and I think the buds will be substantial.
Paule wishes you a nice evening.

Yesterday, I started mainlining. First, the little ones were checked for heart :anatomical_heart: and lungs :lungs: :magnifying_glass_tilted_right: to see if they were healthy and could handle the whole process at all. After a closer examination, I decided :detective: that they would get through it just fine. Here are a few pictures :camera: of the little ones before I ran them over with the lawnmower. First, the Green Gelato

the Sherbet Queen

the Pink Runtz

and the Fat Bastard

Then the scissors :scissors: were disinfected with H2O2 and off we went. First, the tip above the 3rd node was removed from all of them. Afterwards, the 1st and 2nd nodes were completely removed. :face_with_medical_mask: :scissors: The only thing left was the 3rd node, to be honest, the result looked a bit sad . Here are the pictures, Green Gelato

Sherbet Queen

Pink Runtz

and the Fat Bastard

and another overall picture before

After two hours, I checked on the patients :man_wearing_turban: again and must say they stood like a rock, a bit pitiful but firm. Now it’s 3 days of bed rest :person_in_bed: and then the training :man_lifting_weights: continues.

hello hello, another small Growupdate from me.

  1. Root rot can be deadly, my Lemon Habaneros look like this now, but I think they will survive.
  2. The Kalini Asia and the Melt Banana are developing splendidly. (However, I often had to defoliate the Kalini as this genetic tends to develop gigantic sun leaves that would suffocate everything beneath them.)
  3. Both are topped and threaded into the net and both are slowly transitioning into pre-flowering (since I have stressed both plants quite a bit, this time there will be a slow transition to flowering = the light phase is reduced by 30 minutes every 2 days. Since the disappointment (hermaphroditism) last year, I’m
